Booking & Cancellation Policy
Maison Poumo – Vacation Rental Cottage
BOOKING
Your reservation is confirmed after:
- approval by Maison Poumo
- acceptance of the rental terms and conditions
- payment of the deposit (30%)
The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before arrival.
The price includes:
- rental of the cottage
- mandatory cleaning fee of €200 (to be paid in cash upon arrival)
- tourist tax
SECURITY DEPOSIT: €1,500 (additional)
This deposit covers:
- damage or property deterioration
- losses
- additional cleaning costs
- unpaid charges
Refundable within 7 days after departure, provided no issues are found.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit card (secure payment)
- Bank transfer
Bank fees are the responsibility of the guest.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Before arrival, guests must provide:
- valid ID
- proof of insurance (vacation rental / liability insurance)
- signed rental agreement
Failure to provide these documents may result in denied access to the property.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by the guest
- More than 45 days before arrival: 100% refund (excluding fees)
- Between 45 and 30 days: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: no refund
Early departure / no-show
- Once the stay has started: no refund
- No-show: full stay amount remains due
Modifications
- Must be requested in writing
- Subject to Maison Poumo approval
- Price adjustments may apply
Cancellation by Maison Poumo
- Full refund of all amounts paid
- No additional compensation (except where required by law)
